Farmhouse Dollar Tree Snowman Ornie

I love Christmas! It’s such a festive time of year who doesn’t love it?! I enjoy making Christmas decorations and have accumulated many items. Every year I make an ornament for my kids and grandkids to save. This year is a Farmhouse Dollar Tree Snowman Ornie. Let me show you how to make one.

Gather the Materials

I’ve seen the jenga blocks from Dollar tree used for many things so I came up with this one of my own. Gather up:
Blocks
E6000
Hot glue
Small eye hooks
White paint
Fabric scrap
Sculpting clay
Marker
Twine
Begin by tapping a small pilot hole for the eye hook. Twist it on using needle nosed pliers if needed.
Dab 2 small dots of E6000 and a dab of hot glue and put the 2 pieces together pushing gently but firmly.

Once it dries, paint it white. Cover with as many coats as you like. I did 2.
Pinch a bit of orange sculpting clay and form a nose.
Tie the scarf in place leaving a nice space for his face.
Hot glue the nose in place.
Using the marker, make his eyes, mouth and bottoms down the front.
Tie a hanger with some twine and there you go! A farmhouse dollar tree snowman ornie.
Pretty easy right? Are you inspired to make some of your own? I would love to see photos of your projects or thoughts about mine in the comments below.
